Boiled Lobster

- Lobsters
Instructions
- Wash Lobsters.
- Boil enough water to cover lobsters in pot.
- When water has come to a boil, add whole lobster.
- Partially cover pot and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove lobster from hot water immediately.
- Remove lobster head. Wash away fat.
- Serve with melted garlic butter.
