Crab in Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

  • Crabs
  • Black beans
  • Garlic
  • Cooking wine
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Clean crabs. Drain properly.
  2. Rinse black beans & crush.
  3. Marinate crabs with salt, black pepper, cooking wine, soya sauce, half of the garlic, and half of the black beans.
  4. Chop green onions.
  5. Heat oil.
  6. Add remaining black beans and garlic.  Let fry for few seconds.
  7. Ad crab.  Stir until crab changes color.
  8. Add a little water.
  9. Cover.  Let cook for 7 minutes, stirring continuously.
  10. Remove cover.  Add green onions.  Stir.
  11. Remove from heat.
