Chun choi and beef

Ingredients

  • Chun choi
  • Ground beef
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green onions
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Soy sauce
  • Corn starch
  • Black pepper
  • Salt if required at the end

 

Chun choi

Method

  1. Place chun choi in a colander and soak to remove excess salt. Taste a piece to ensure not too salty. Cut up chun choi after soaking if pieces are too big. Squeeze out water.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients
  3. Fry up in a pan with a little bit of oil
  4. Add salt if required
  5. Serve with rice (its nice!)
