Chun choi and beef
Ingredients
- Chun choi
- Ground beef
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green onions
- Cilantro (optional)
- Soy sauce
- Corn starch
- Black pepper
- Salt if required at the end
Method
- Place chun choi in a colander and soak to remove excess salt. Taste a piece to ensure not too salty. Cut up chun choi after soaking if pieces are too big. Squeeze out water.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients
- Fry up in a pan with a little bit of oil
- Add salt if required
- Serve with rice (its nice!)
