Chocolate Meringues

Ingredients
- 210g egg whites at room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 170g chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites until firm.
- Add sugar and continue to whisk.
- Sieve chocolate powder over chocolate chips.
- Fold in chocolate chips and cocoa into meringue.
- Pipe or use spoon to put meringues onto parchment papered trays.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 275 degrees.
- Meringues will be soft to touch when removed from over.
- When cooled they can be stuck together with nutella.
- Dust with icing sugar.
