Coconut Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 dried Coconut
  • 6 Eggs, separated
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate coconut.
  2. Combine slightly beaten egg yolks with condensed milk and water.
  3. Add grated coconut.
  4. Whip egg whites until stiff.
  5. Fold in whipped egg whites.
