Coconut Custard
Ingredients
- 1 dried Coconut
- 6 Eggs, separated
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- ¼ cup Water
Instructions
- Peel and grate coconut.
- Combine slightly beaten egg yolks with condensed milk and water.
- Add grated coconut.
- Whip egg whites until stiff.
- Fold in whipped egg whites.
