Moussaka
Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Eggplant
- Potato
- Garlic
- Mixed dry herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ground beef
- Green peppers
- Onions
- Parsley
- Dried greek seasoning
- Prepared brown gravy mix
- Bechamel sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Slice zucchini, eggplant and potatoes. Season with herbs, salt, black pepper and garlic. Grill until browned and still crispy (do not fully cook).
- Cook ground beef and drain grease. Add onions, peppers, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, dried greek seasoning and brown gravy mix. Cook until dried.
- Layer vegetables, then meat in a baking dish.
- Make a thick bechamel sauce and place on top of meat layer. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375F and until browned.
