Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
AKA Nutella!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp Coconut Oil (or any mild oil)
- Sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Roast hazelnuts in the oven 30-40 minutes at 275F (135C)
- Let cool then peel off skins
- Blend nuts until butter forms
- Add other ingredients and continue to blend until smooth
- Add more oil if too thick
- Store at room temperature
