Mini quiches

Ingredients

 

Filling

  • Boiled broccoli florets
  • Red peppers
  • Onions
  • Diced ham/turkey/chicken/bacon/smoked salmon
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup milk/cream
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika

 

Pastry

 

Instructions

 

  1. Make Rich and Flaky Plain Pastry and place in pie plate.
  2. Layer pastry with meat, vegetables and cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs then add the milk and seasonings.
  4. Pour egg mixtrure into pie crust
  5. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hour or until shell is golden brown and filling is cooked.
