Strawberry Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2tbsp cornstarch
- 1 package strawberry jello
- Tart shells
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Bake tart shells as directed on package.
- Combine water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan, stir constantly until comes to boil.
- Continue to cook on a low heat until mixture is clear and thickened.
- Add package of strawberry flavoured jello, stir until dissolved.
- Add mixture to tart shells and top with strawberries.
