Peach Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Almond Cookies
(Marks & Spencer) - 1 box Peach Jello (85g)
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 small can Peach Slices
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Crush almond cookies. Mix with melted butter.
- Press into a 9 inch pie dish. Let stand for a few minutes in fridge.
- Prepare Jello as directed on package.
- Let set partially.
- Whip cream until it peaks.
- Add to partially set Jello.
- Pour onto pie shell.
- Let stand in fridge until set.
- Garnish with peach slices.
