Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Almond Cookies
    (Marks & Spencer)
  • 1 box Peach Jello (85g)
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 small can Peach Slices
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Crush almond cookies.  Mix with melted butter.
  2. Press into a 9 inch pie dish.  Let stand for a few minutes in fridge.
  3. Prepare Jello as directed on package.
  4. Let set partially.
  5. Whip cream until it peaks.
  6. Add to partially set Jello.
  7. Pour onto pie shell.
  8. Let stand in fridge until set.
  9. Garnish with peach slices.
