Chocolate Sour Cream Icing
Not as sweet as most icings. Can also be used as a filling for chocolate cake.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in a double broiler or the microwave, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla until well mixed.
- Spread on cake before it cools.
