Holly's Banana Yoghurt Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Wholemeal Flour (regular flour if not available)
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond/oat/regular)
  • 2 medium Mashed Bananas 
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup (or sugar) optional
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Method

  1. *optional : if using regular milk, add vinegar to the milk
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a big bowl
  3. Mashed Bananas in another bowl. Add Yoghurt, Vanilla, milk and Maple syrup
  4. Add wet to dry, stir until just combined
  5. Cook on medium heat
