Holly's Banana Yoghurt Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Wholemeal Flour (regular flour if not available)
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond/oat/regular)
- 2 medium Mashed Bananas
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup (or sugar) optional
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Method
- *optional : if using regular milk, add vinegar to the milk
- Combine dry ingredients in a big bowl
- Mashed Bananas in another bowl. Add Yoghurt, Vanilla, milk and Maple syrup
- Add wet to dry, stir until just combined
- Cook on medium heat
