Roast Turkey
Instructions
- Mix green seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, Lea & Perrin and a little oil in a bowl. Rub on turkey, between skin and meat, all around.
- Remove from fridge at least 1.5 hours before baking to allow to come to room temperature.
- Bake in roasting pan at 325F until nearly cooked as measured by meat thermometer (180F).
- Remove lid from pan, drain drippings, and broil until outside is browned.
