Instructions

  1. Mix green seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, Lea & Perrin and a little oil in a bowl.  Rub on turkey, between skin and meat, all around.
  2. Remove from fridge at least 1.5 hours before baking to allow to come to room temperature.
  3. Bake in roasting pan at 325F until nearly cooked as measured by meat thermometer (180F).
  4. Remove lid from pan, drain drippings, and broil until outside is browned.
