Har Kow
Ingredients
- 1 lb Wheat Starch
- 2 heaped tbsp Tapioca Starch
- 2 ¼ Chinese Soup Bowls Water (2 ½ cups)
Instructions
- Bring water to boil in a pot.
- Add water to flour, stir and cover.
- Knead, putting a little oil on hands to keep from burning.
Filling
- 2 lbs Shrimp, chopped
- 1 ½ lb Water Chestnuts, chopped finely
- Season with salt, white pepper, sesame oil, ¼ tsp vetsin powder, 1 ½ tsp cornstarch and chives.
Steam for 10 minutes (12 minutes if frozen)
